The Santa Experience - My son came down with a nasty stomach flu and they won’t refund the $20 I spent on the appointment or try to work him in at another time tomorrow or Monday. I guess instead they would rather take my money than let my little boy experience Santa without throwing up on him. Great customer service The Summit-Birmingham 😒
