Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The worst experience that I've ever had with any broker in Miami, and that's saying A LOT considering Miami is full of horrible brokers. Also sends insults in his emails (see photo) - impressive. What type of broker sends insults via email, or at all for that matter? This guy is a joke, which explains why he has NO listings.
I had an outstanding experience with disruptive real estate, they were professional, diligent, and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone involved in a commercial real estate transaction.
Stefano was absolutely phenomenal with guidance and industry insights. I've been looking at ways to expand some of my business down south, and Stefano took a very relaxed and informative consultative approach. I didn't feel pressured into anything, I learned a lot of things I didn't know even when I researched the area, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to both learn and acquire real estate.
