RecommendedThe staff and doctor took great care of my high-functioning, autistic son. My son loved the toys in the waiting room and toys all over the other rooms. I just want to give a recommendation for Discovery Dental in Eagle River. My son struggles with sensory issues and has a hard time with people around his head. Things like Hair cuts, doctors looking in his ear or throat, and going to the dentist is something I always dread because it reeks havoc on him but the dental hygienist today took it all I stride! Appointments are always quick and easy. They are great with my kids and make everything effortless.
I made my two girls dental examination appointments for New Years Eve Day @ 8:30. We waited outside for 20 mins, as the building was locked. I called and left 3 voicemails. Even called the on call technician. She never answered either...I just made this appointment last week! I dont live in Eagle River so i specifically drove there today for my childrens appointments.Im not sure what happened with the front staff but i would appreciate a phone call back.
I honestly cannot say enough great things about Discovery Dental. They came highly recommended and I see why. I took my 2 year old for his first dental appointment this morning and was instantly greeted by the smiling receptionists. My son had so many toys to play with, cartoons to watch, and a fish tank to look at while we waited. They are always so patient with my six-year-old son and my four-year-old daughter. Their office is tons of cool paintings decorations as well so the kids feel right at home. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good pediatric dentist
