Incredibly Satisfied I was in pain for almost 2 days and couldn't find a dental office to take me in promptly. The front desk was super friendly and immediately got me in. STAY AWAY!! I never been so disappointed with a dentist office. The first reason was I sat & waited until 30 minutes past my appointment time before I ever was seen. Then after that I had the most annoying assistant named Stephanie.This girl thought she was being so funny but truth be told she was just plain unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend to future patients I visited this office towards the beginning of winter 08. The staff was nice enough and the office was clean and professional. My dental hygienist was polite as we discussed where I worked, how long he'd been in the practice etc. Upon meeting the dentist I was very impressed with how nice and how confident he was in his knowledge for being so young. The best! I had a broken tooth and was afraid the dentist is going to tell me that I will need a root canal. I didn't need the root canal but needed a crown. The dentist was super cool. He assured me it wasn't going to be painful. I had a few crowns in my life and I must say this one was the most comfortable I ever had. I hope i never need to do it again, but if I do I'm coming back here. Very professional all around the fees were reasonable.

I would like future new patients to know what current patients know about us, we care and deliver the best dental treatment possible to our patients and we do everything possible to aid in your dental needs,I find the negative comment and reference used against me unfair, I received over 20+ calls for advertisement each day, these calls come in unwanted to us and it takes away time from us helping you the patient. Discovery Dental When I was new in this area I had to find all new doctors. This dental group was recommended to me by a neighbor and they told me that they cater to the cowardly and that is so true. They are very patient with their patients and explain to you everything that is going to happen and why. Great group.
Unprofesional Attitude; Horrible Demeanor I called to inquire about services because I work for a family publication. We need a new dentist because I just switched jobs and now have different insurance. I wanted to find out what kind of services they offer for families. The man that answered the phone hung up on me right after I introduced myself. I guess he doesn't need any new patients and wishes to make a bad name for himself in the community.
