I've been coming to them since 1999. Very pleasant and helpful.
Replaced my flat tire (nail!) for $20 (the tire was originally bought from Discount Tire) in under 30 minutes - no muss, no fuss. They looked everything up in the computer and took care of it (no paperwork required on my part) & were extremely polite & friendly. No complaints here! Discount Tire (Magnolia & Killearn Center Blvd locations) have supplied my tires for years. Really happy with their services & their prices. & very happy to be well-treated on the day I had the flat (& needed the great service!).
The manager here, as well as customer service have been very unhelpful. My husband has been trying to resolve an issue for over a week. The manager refuses to honor an Internet price, which I believe might actually be illegal. I would never recommend this store or Discount Tire anywhere to anyone!
I was very impressed with how courteous and professional everyone was! I had been looking for tires for my truck and found some with a great price here! I was in an out before I knew it with 4 new tires this morning! I will recommend this place to anyone looking for tires!
Alonzo and the staff saved a Saturday on vacation for me! Clean, professional, kind, reasonable and fast - can't beat that. Thank you!!
