I pulled into Discount Tires at almost 5:30pm to get my tire pressure checked since my low air warning light was on. I asked if they could check it out and give me some air and I'd be back in the morning to get it fixed since they closed at 6:00. The young man who helped me said no, we'll take care of it today for you. It ended up they could patch it and I didn't need a new tire. Excellent customer service and super speedy help!!
Excellent customer service and quick. I had to make a quick unexpected stop with a flat tire on the way to pick up my kids from school. I told them my situation and they worked so quickly to help me out. They patched my tire and had me out of there still in time to get my kids from school. They were incredibly nice and efficient and really saved the day for me. They earned my future business for sure!
Had a nail in my tire yesterday morning. Bought my tires from them a few years ago. Pulled in at 9:00 am and was done by 9:30 am. Tire repaired AND they rotated and balanced them too. We've done a lot of business with them on various vehicles over the years and won't use anyone else.
My family has been customers of this Discount Tire for at least 10 years. They have always treated us right. I especially like the included maintenance that comes with your tire purchase there. We went in yesterday for a tire balance and tread check. Cost was $0.00!
Every time I come to this location I have a great experience. Pretty much right after I buy a car I come and get certificates on all of my tires (Dealer warranties are garbage). The facility is always clean and the employees are amazingly friendly :-) AJ, Lonzo, Brandon, Devon and most recently Tim are some of the representatives that have assisted me in my numerous visits over the years. I would highly recommend them and never take my cars anywhere else.

I just had a excellent experience. AJ was my "rep" and he was professional, courteous, and funny! The waiting area was very clean, did not smell like a garage, and all of the staff were shaking peoples hands, smiling, and all around enjoying being there. Although I simply had a small patch (in and out in 25 minutes!!), I would go back there for the full works if I ever needed to. I highly recommend this location. Tell the Manager Mike I say "hi" - you're going to love this place!
