I had the most pleasant experience here. They're so polite, on time, and didn't even charge me for fixing my tire!
JC, Will, and Zach were great today!! I have been a client for several years and have been very pleased with every visit. They are all in such q great mood and very knowledgeable. I travel for work and go in about every 2-3 months, every visit has been the same, this is not a one time occurance!! Highly recommend!!
Last night I had a little accident and ended up busting both of my passenger tires. We got a tow at 7pm to Discount Tire in Spring Hill (they close at 6 btw) - they were still there and the Manager opened the doors and got us set up for this morning and even pulled my van in so it would be safe overnight. I can't sing their praises enough. Great customer service!!! I don't know why I'm shocked. I've received outstanding service at every location I've been to.
My first experience with them. Had a low tire in Spring Hill. They repaired my tire.... For free!! Awesome service!!
I'm not one to recommend specific businesses, but Discount Tire has, for several years and at several locations provided us with the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to receive of any other company I've dealt with. As long as they maintain their current business model, I have no reason to consider any other company for my tire needs. Yes, I'm that impressed with them.

Another great experience with the guys at Spring Hill. In my experience it's not that one of the guys is outstanding one time--it's that every guy there gives outstanding service every time. Must be something in the water.
