Just had 4 new tires put on my car. As always Discount Tire did a great job getting the job done. Great customer service.
The staff are great, hard working, polite, and very customer oriented. Wait times??.....fix them and get five stars from me. 1hr 15minutes before the vehicle was moved inside is a little too long. Total time at the store was 100 minutes. The ride afterwards is superb. The good outweighs the bad.
This is the only place I go to with my tired related issues. A little wait but always excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this location.

On my way home from work today, my Low Tire Pressure light came on. I stopped at Discount Tire. This was my FIRST visit to this store. The guys at the desk were the most professional, nicest, and kindest people I have met in a long time. They are truly wonderful. From service to knowledge. My car is driving like a brand new car. Although I was not planning on buying four tires today (I knew they were bad) I'm glad they took the time to explain the need. I listened and I'm so glad after driving it.
My family began our vacation with a blowout. Once we got the spare on we went to the nearest Discount Tire. They were able to find us a used tire with the same tread, which would get us on our way. It was a busy Saturday, but they got us in as soon as we got there! They also told us when we get home we can get a new tire(s) with a credit for what we paid for the used tire. This was another great experience, and the reason we only shop at Discount Tire.
The whole team at discount tire is awesome! They are hands down the hardest working tire business in Spring Hill or Columbia. They are very courteous to their customers even when under pressure of booming business. They are more than happy to fix your flat tire for FREE. How cool is that? Definitely deserving of their 5 star rating... all the way!! Also, it impacted me to see the crew encouraging each other to get the job done right and understand the power of positive thinking!
