The staff is always very friendly and provides great customer service. I do wish you offered free wi-fi though since the wait is usually long.

They went above and beyond! They were so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Even when an honest mistake was made and I had to return, they not only made it right, they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. We can always count on them and they can always count on us for our business!
I waited 3 hours to have two new tires put on my vehicle about three weeks ago. My right front tire started having a slow leak on Sunday. The place was closed labor day so I came after work today only to be told it will take 3 hours to fix my tire!!! In what universe is that acceptable? I'm beyond unsatisfied with this company!

I stood in line quite a while and they took a man who was not in line before me,to make up for their mistake offed me a 100.00 visa gift card after spending 1100.00 on tires hadto ask for gift card which end up being from tire company! ,I had a nail in my tire and as I waited Saturday the airwas slowly leaking out! Never was ask could I help you or what seems to be the problem. Never had this problem at Franklin store I felt that as a woman I was shuved to back of line. Bought 4 tires from them back in january. Got an email reminder that it was time for a tire rotation. Setup an appt to get it done. In and out in about 20 min. Very nice folks there working.

The last two times I have been there I came away unhappy. I get my tires rotated and balanced there. Both times on the way home I have lost a wheel cover. I replaced the first one but not the last one. Also, on the last visit, they left off two valve stem caps. I think they are trying to do the work so fast that they are not doing quality work. I will try them one more time.
