The staff is very friendly and helpful! For those customers who wait for their vehicles, the staff strives to get the vehicles done in the time frame as stated! Now, I know this is a tire dealer and there's a lot of foot traffic, but the showroom cleanness needs to be improved on! The floors need to be swept and mopped, the windows/doors to be cleaned, and all the seats, window ledges, counters and refrigerator needs to be wiped down, and dead bugs in the lights need to be removed! This is always a great place to come to! Kind, honest, these guys are constantly working hard, literally running to get one car done and then on to the next. It's nice to see such a fantastic work ethic, not to mention employees that are working so hard from start of the day to the last vehicle that's there, even though it's after closing time.

Really exceptional service even with the store being very busy. Stacy was attentive, knowledgeable and honest about the options and pricing. Every person looked up and acknoweldged the customers waiting. Terry seemed truly dissapointed when he couldn't find product for a customer. It was great to see such dedication and commitment to meeting customer's expectations.

I have been using Discount tires for a long time now and this is the first time I visit this office. Angel was very nice and courteous when he checked in. I was promise a 40-45 minutes service time and I walked out the door with my car in 30 minutes. It's either I am lucky or they are speedy. Thank you guys!
