RecommendedOne of the last places you can find customer service since COVID. Most places are stuck in this, “you’re lucky we’re open” mentality. These guys are still offering wonderful customer service!!

I’ve shopped there before. Was pretty happy. This time I spent 1k on news tires and this is what new tires looked like. So my truck wasn’t the prettiest showgirl there but I guess this is what a working girl gets. I wasn’t happy.
Made appointment and was taken promptly. They evaluated how much of my warranty was left to give credit. I ended up getting three new tires in 45 minutes at a huge discount since it was before the warranty was up.

Picked up a road hazard in my tire and took it to Discount; they repaired the tire, put it back in in about 15 minutes, and no charge! While waiting in the Lobby I was very impressed with the courtesy and excellent service shown both on the phone and in person, to their customers. I will definitely go back when I need tires!
