UPDATE: Discount Tire made right on the problems caused by their mistakes on my initial visit, and I will remain a customer of theirs. They replaced the damaged TPMS units and re-calibrated them properly. Everyone makes mistakes, and they were willing to take responsibility for theirs and make me a satisfied customer.
Great experience, all of the employees were kind and professional
TPMS did not work after purchasing and allowing them to mount four new tires. After going straight to my Toyota dealer, I was informed at least one of them was most likely broken during dismount of old tires. Also, as I watched them check the tire pressures, in an attempt to possibly re-calibrate the TPMS, it was determined one of the new tires had in excess of 70 psi, when proper inflation should have been 32.
Michael and Zane were awesome! Michael got tires ordered over the phone and got me in the same day. Zane was super personable and helpful. Kudos to these guys and this location!
Great experience at the Gunbarrel rd location. Best price, service, and friendly knowledgeable staff.
