Returned to location due to out of balance tires before vacation....just had rotated/balanced less than 2k miles. They corrected the problem, however, being in a hurry and excited about vacation, I neglected to check the condition of the rims (often scratched from removal/machine balancing) until arriving back home. ALL 4 rims are damaged this time. Previously was just2 that were "fixed" by their mobile clinic. Haven't had a chance to call them on this.
I pulled up to the store today and Ray came out to meet me as usual. He remembered my name from my previous regular visits of getting my tires rotated and rebalanced. I bought new tires today and Ray made that a positive experience. He offered me a tire tread credit which helped the cost of the new tires less painful. Fred is the store manger and has a great crew. Thanks again for the 5 star service!!
Fred and his crew are very informed on their brands,very courteous. I have bought my finances tires & my tires at this location. I have only had my tires for 2 months less than 2000 miles on them went in for an air check and associate offered to rebalance because of vibration concern. when all was said and done found out that tires where 1/2- 2 oz's off. Thanks guy's. Anyone wanting good tires and friendly service should come to this location.
