RecommendedI really appreciate them taking great care of my wife and daughter while they purchased tires. They were polite and professional. They helped her buy better tires than the ones I sent her in to buy and saved us money overall. I’m usually the one to make these purchases but couldn’t this time and I’m so thankful for the professionalism and respect they showed my family! Also they beat every other tire company by $100s on the same sets of tires. Fantastic customer service!
I purchased (paid in full) for a set of tires including installation on 8/3/19. One of the tires is STILL not in 8/10/19. The sales rep starting giving me a spiel about FEDEX, a discontinued tire, etc. I politely interpreted him, advised that’s all irrelevant to me as they already have my funds. I requested a set of tires of equal or greater value or a full refund so I can go elsewhere and purchase. DONE! Excellent service. Way to keep a customer and a positive review. Thank you!!
Two hour wait was the only drawback. The price was right and they rotate your tires for free as needed. I still need to read the brochure. It has been a busy day..
