I have been going to this location for several years, have purchased 8 sets of tires from them. However since Fred was moved and new management has come in the service has been atrocious. Went there today for a simple tire balance on my vehicle, got there at 5 minutes after 10 this morning, there was not to many people there. At 11:33 I went to the counter waited five minutes for someone to come out of the office to ask how much longer to be told it would be another 45 minutes before they got to me. Great service, very friendly, made every effort to help me out, get me on the road quickly, I highly recommend this store!
Great place and people, the only thing I didn’t like was being 2nd in line when the doors opened and they got to people before me and got them out first, other than that, I love it.
I came in about 10 minutes before closing to have a tire looked at. The staff was super courteous and helpful. They took of the issue and got me back on the road all with such wonderful attitudes. This is customer service at it’s finest.
After being treated horrible at Tire Depot down the street, these guys went above and beyond in customer service here! Highly recommend them for excellent customer service and got a great deal on 4 new tires also! Keep up the good work guys!
Three tires changed in 30 minutes, that was great! Steven Long (salesperson) was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely will continue to come back for all of my tire needs. Thank you everyone.
Amazing service! Truck was in and out quickly. Took care of the truck amazingly. No grease all over it. Didn't damage my wheels at all. Amazing service, definitely will have my buisness for now on!
