Amazing staff. I wont go into much detail about what happened today but I just have to say that it was an amazing act of kindness and humanity and that I will recommend this place to anyone, any time. thank you.
I needed a patch on a tire that was under warranty but because it had a plug in it previously they wouldn't touch it. They told me because the tool used to clean the hole tears up the belts in the tire they wouldn't touch it. I asked whats the difference in a bolt or screw tearing up the belts. Same difference right? I told them I would remove the plug and bring it back. They still refused to repair my tire that's under warranty. I own a mobile repair business with 6 trucks. I will never use Discount Tire again.
I have been getting all of my tires here for years and today solidified it even more for me...i went in today as a "walk-in" with a little tire emergency and a cranky toddler, Neal and all the other amazing guys went out of their way to get me in and out in no time at all! Thank y'all so much!
Outstanding service!! Repaired a leak in a tire and got us back on our road trip!! Josh was very personable, helpful and compassionate!! We are loyal DTC customers/fans!! Would love to see DTC in Tampa Bay Area!! Moved to Clearwater FL from Austin / San Antonio Texas area and miss having DTC close by!!
Can't say enough good things about them. Service was superior, despite what other folks on here say. I called them yesterday and made an appointment-I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and yes, I got helped before other people who were already lined up. Be sure to get an appointment, it helps.You will be glad you went there instead of another place.
