I love this place. Have never had a bad experience there and their customer service could not be better. Would not go anywhere else for tires.
Have 5 bays and only using 3 talk about slow waited over two hours before they even started on my truck
They took my Son's flat off the rim..then refused to fix OR even put his spare on..he no choice but to buy a new tire.. $178...I will NEVER go there again !!
I used to love discount tire and always used them up until my mom bought two new tires Saturday her hub cap fell off when they didn't lock it back. She called up there and they told her they would replace it and to come after she got off work. She went up there and they said that it was not them she spoke to and it's not there problem it fell off check the junk yards for one. It has changed so much i miss the old crew there that actually took care of there customers.
The day after I purchased a set of tires, I had a flat. The manager drove to my house in Portales to fix it. It was a broken valve stem. No fault of theirs. I appreciate the outstanding customer service. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about these guys! I have taken two different tires to them in the last two months and they have fixed them NO CHARGE! Today (SAT) I pulled up with a audible leak going and walked in. I was greeted with a smile and told them what was going on. The guy told me that they actually close at 5:00 on Saturdays, but to go ahead and pull it in so they could take a look.
