I have to give a big shoot out to Clovis Discount Tires!! The last time I got new tires in AR for the Camaro it was $4,200 for the 4 tires. Today I got Pirelli's all 4 tires for $1,050!! That's what I call a Discount!! Thank you to Discount Tires!!
I came in frustrated, and Erik Thomas, helped me out. He was very genuine, nice and non judgemental. I ended up having to buy 2 new tires but he knew exactly what I needed and found the best price for me. Was very knowledgeable and didn't rush me at all. The service was done incredibly fast as well. Very impressed, will definitely be coming back when needed to.
I have been using Discount Tire exclusively for the last 10 years. I started in PHOENIX, AZ and have since moved to NM. Same awesome service!!!!!! They never try to upsell or screw me over, just because I'm a woman. Rock on Discount Tire
They have a good crew of supervisors and maintenance crew as well. They are always busy so give them a break like I was able to figured out.
Called today to get a quote for my mom, within the 4 min I called my mom to make sure she was ok with the price they had sold 1 of both sets I was looking at � Carlos worked his magic and was able to get me a great deal for a better tire than I was originally looking at! I have never had a problem with or a bad experience at the Discount Tire chain stores. The one in Clovis is exceptional. Always customer service oriented, even when there are several in line. I have the feeling that I am a special customer (even though I'm not known by most). The tire prices are fair and mostly lower than others. But it is the after-sale service that sets this group apart from box stores or most other independent dealers. Free tire rotation, free wheel balancing and free flat repair. Go there.
