Got a 4 tire change on our van. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Very pleased with our experience.
I really like the time Daniel took to explain the difference in each tire and wich 2 would be the better out of the four to keep. He showed me the different prices and we talked about what would be the best.. The crew worked very fast to get through the cars and I wasn't even their that long. Thanks guys for everything
Walmart told me that I would have to wait 2 hours just to find out if they could even TOUCH my truck because of the PSI gauges.... I called Discount Tire and after speaking to them on the phone drive over. They had a great selection, a clean store, and friendly knowledgeable staff. Even after waiting for them to be able to fit me in, I still left well ahead of what Walmart's wait time was. They even allowed me to bring my dog inside while I waited. Due to discount tires decisions to take political sides I will never do business here again
I took my truck in to have all four tires checked for pressure and unusual wear and tear. The young man who inspected each tire was thorough and super duper friendly. We chatted about mountain biking and park rangering in AZ and Utah as if we knew each other for many years. When done, he shook my hand and thanked me for taking the truck to their shop.
