Hey, I just want everyone to know about the excellent customer service i received tonight from our neighborhood discount tire. I pulled in w a flat tire forty minutes after they closed with the intent to leave it overnight. When the manager Chris realized I had an infant he insisted they work on it right away because “our safety is always their main concern.” They let me into their locked waiting room while they worked on my tire. Always so nice and helpful. I don’t know how discount tire trains their employees to be like this, but I feel like I encounter great service at every location I’ve been to.
