Always super helpful! I love Discount Tire!
Made the appointment ahead of time and dropped it off with no problem. Jeremy was super polite and masked up. My car got a new tire and they filled the air on the other 3 in 30 minutes flat. I had prepaid; so, my receipt was emailed to me and they put my key in a ziplock bag to hand back to me. Hats off to a company that is doing it right!! Oh, and they were out of stock on my tire so they upgraded me for free. Great job Discount Tire.

I have used Discount for years. This is the worst EVER. Came yesterday with a blown tire that had to be ordered and tried to handle things to prevent exposure since I am high risk. Called to be sure they had my tire for my appointment and came 15 minutes early as well and called to let them know I was here. 25 minutes later asked to come in to complete warranty sell after the 3rd time of going through the process of checking tires, phone number, etc. Back in my car only a 5 minute wait and asked to pull my vehicle in then as... read more
