I needed new tires for my car and swung by this location a couple of weeks ago (s/w John) to price out and check options saying I'd make an appt in the near future. I did call on Friday and they were great as always and ordered the tires I wanted to have at the store for installation. Kim (sp?) recommended I arrive about 7:35-7:45am as they open at 8am but unlock the doors a few minutes earlier. I did that and it was perfect. Excellent service! Purchased tires there many times. Most recent visit, had 10:15 am appointment,out at 11:00 am!! Professional, and courteous.
45 minute wait for a free tire rotation. Not bad.!

I have to give a shout out to the GREAT people at Discount Tires on East T.C. Jester @ 18th. I have been in need of their services at least 5 times in the last couple of months either for myself or for my flower shop. They have been outstanding. The customer service has been excellent. I can't "THANK" these guys enough for all they do.
