From Washington to colorado we have had amazing service. When the wrong tire size was ordered they made it right, when I some how cut my tire they took care of it, friendly and prompt service thank you Rob at the lone tree location and thank you to the gentlemen at the Arlington Wa and Castle Rock Co location !!! Customer for life thanks to these gentlemen
Guys are nice, quick and courteous. Plus if I need air or a repair they take of it quick for no charge.
Wow, just wow. The service and crew at this store are awesome. I was a little worried it might take long, with the amount of work ahead of me, but it didn't. They were through in half the time they quoted to me. I highly recommend this store. Thanks so much for your service =)
Discount Tires keep me riding
I've been to this location before without incident. However yesterday I went to thsi store to get a nail in my tire fixed. The service advisor told me it was in a spot that wasn't fixable and I'd have to buy a new tire. I'm no tire expert but I just felt he was not being truthful. I left without buying the tire, drove 1 mile to an independent tire shop who fixed the tire no problem. I guess my relationship with discount tire is over, lying to get me to buy a new tire, shame on them. Be careful ladies.
