After my experience of 3 lugnuts snapping due to being misthreaded we are trying a different Discount Tire for Sam's truck. The employee assured me that each lugnut would be hand threaded 6-7 times. He was wrong. I watched the young employee hand thread 2 turns and then use the pneumatic tool. I am so tired of paying for bad service. The up side is that I brought the poor service to the attention of a different young man driving out and he went back and personally rethreaded each lugnut.
I just dropped a sizable chunk of change for wheels and tires here and I feel quite happy about it. Eric, Mitch, Chaz and the rest of the crew remind me of ALL of my previous great experiences with Discount Tire. The wallet is squealing a little bit but my tires are no longer. Thanks to Discount Tire for a great start to my day.
