I got to my local Discount Tire just minutes before closing after have a flat on the tollway. The Service Writer took my car in and had it out before I knew it. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to be helped but I was told It wasn’t a problem.
The employees at this location went above and beyond! Telephone etiqeute by Jose was friendly, professional and he even made me laugh which is always a bonus when you are having car troubles. Mike at the desk was amazing in helping find the best solution. He was friendly and professional as well and got the needs met in a very timely manner.
