RecommendedDiscount Tire just pulled a 4-inch nail out of my tire and plugged it. No charge for this service whether you are a customer or not. They treated me like I just bought $1,500 worth of tires. I have been a Discount Tire customer for over 20 years. And this is a reminder of why.

I've been to the discount tire on Arapaho and Knoll Trail several times in the last 5 years. they have always treated me great. very professional and with respect. today, mikey and carlos helped work on my truck tire. both guys were very professional.

I was in Dallas visiting family. I got a nail in my tire and stopped here for service. They were so friendly and helpful. They fixed my tire at no charge. This is a place I would definitely do business with based on my experience.

Probably the best experience I've had buying tires. I set an appointment for same day and they called to see if i was available to come in earlier. Over the phone, they found out they didn't have my tires, but could send someone to pick them up from another location. Showed up early and within 30 minutes they were done. Mind you this was 15 minutes before my actual appointment time. I would recommend this location highly and I've used many of the local discount tire stores. They definitely impressed me.
Every time I have a tire issue these guys go above and beyond to get you back on the road in a timely manner and are incredibly helpful/kind. Thank you!!
