I frequent this location all the time. Couldn’t believe the wait was over 4 hours😱
Over 2 and 1/2 hours to put on tires. Told me I would make a lunch and gave me back my car an hour and a half after my scheduled business lunch. I told the manager “the salesman lied when he said he would do everything to make sure I could go. I told the salesperson I would just come back tomorrow and he insisted to do it right then. In the end it was 10 minutes after they finally pulled my car back and they were done. Also pulled bait and switch on a previous quote. Obviously the salesperson was following policy. Love Discount tires. Though I frequent this location the most, it doesn’t matter where I am, if I need help with a tire or a questioned answered they are there. It is always appreciated :-)
Everyone here is ALWAYS EXTREMELY RUDE. Tony is the only employee here who is cordial and helpful. He has never been rude... Not once. Everyone else though needs to realize they are in customer service!!!
