I’m so happy that I could count on a warranty program like Discount tire offers! I found a nail & a screw stuck in my relatively new tire (4 months old). The said they couldn’t fix it because they were too close together...so they replaced my tire! Thanks what I call amazing customer service! I will always take my business to Discount Tire! As a Realtor, I depend on my car, and I’m so glad I can depend on DISCOUNT TIRE to take care of my safety!
I've been here a bunch of times. youd think eventually I'd have an off experience, that is not the case. each time excellent customer service even when they are slammed. youd also think that in a retail environment there's be inconsistencies in customer service, but I can say this place always has the most consistently nice and polite staff.
Only went to this location. Once but they were on point with their customer service!
