They were absolutely wonderful and very helpful! As a female coming into a tire shop alone, I always get nervous about not receiving honest recommended service and the fear of getting conned. Coming here made me happy to have a place I can trust! The assistant manager, Randal, was extremely helpful and patient with my decision! Had the air pressure checked, tires rotated and balanced including my spare all free of charge. I didn't even buy them there. � Thank you Discount Tire. Thanks to Scott and the other guys! Back for the 4th time in less than a week. Every time they fix something, something else breaks. And they take forever.
The folks there are knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell or over sell. I was fitted with two new tires but told the other two could still last me a little while longer. They finished the job in exactly the time I was told as well.
Make an appointment online! I was in and out with four new tires in less than 30 minutes! Being proactive makes this an easy experience! They are extremely busy at this location but very nice!
