Horrible customer service and lack of professionalism from the employees at this location. I went in on a Monday to have my tire looked at to which they stated the tire had a screw in the sidewall so it needed to be replaced. At no point in time did they offer to install my spare to get me by until my tire arrived from another warehouse in a different city. At no point in time did they offer to put me on a loaner tire until my tire came in. They did nothing to mitigate the situation. Instead they sent myself and my one year ... read more
3 hours for a flat tire repair that wasn't done. I was told it was a sensor. I got home and you can clearly see a nail in my tire.
Awesome service & they beat the other two prices I had.
