Before today I would have recommended them. After today I will find another location. I was told there would be a 2 hour wait.....nope 2 hours till they will even touch your vehicle while other walk ins after me came and left. Then they say they price match but when you ask them to match a price all the sudden the answer was no they won't price match Amazon. We were quoted $528.25. The location at spectrum plaza has horrible customer service. I went in for a tire rotation and was told an hour and a half. I agreed to wait. 90 minutes later my car was still sitting in the lot. I asked about it. they assured me it would be done in an hour. am hour later, it was still in the lot. I asked to speak to the manager. I asked to speak with the manager, Jordan, and was told he was with a new hire and would get to me when he could. I asked for my keys.
