We have gotten both our vehicles done here and have had friendly and informative service with no pressure to spend more than we wanted to.
Ridiculously fast, friendly, and helpful. They even repaired another tire with a nail I hadn't noticed, and they didn't charge me. I needed to get a move on, and they moved my car in fast so I didn't end up back in the queue. Very clean, very professional.
After a horrible experience of ruining my tire and road side assistance taking over 2 and 1/2 hours to arrive and the fiasco at NTB earlier in the day. (BTW, NTB never gave back the sensor from my original tire) Matt, the sales person has been very patient with me, listening to my problems. Later on, the tech who was installing my new tire asked for the sensor. Apparently, NTB had it an Matt called them and took me back to that other place to retrieve my sensor. I had all 4 tires replaced at the Macedonia location yesterday. The customer service was excellent! These guys are friendly, professional and energetic....and very clean. I am very impressed and will definitely recommend.
We took both of our cars to Discount Tire in CO and always had a great experience so when one open in Ohio by our house we started going to them. Our experience at the Macedonia location has been horrible. We have gone in more than one set of tires and each time it is a run around on the cost. This past week we took our car in because there was a screw in the tire and while repairing the tire they broke the tire pressure sensor.
