WONDERFUL SERVICE here! Staff is friendly and very helpful. They get you in and out as fast as they can despite always being busy. I had an issue with my TPMS light two days after my winter tires were applied and Alexis fixed it quick and was really kind about it. I can't say enough about this store. We only go to them with our tire needs! Thanks guys!
I have been to this Discount Tire 6 times. EVERY time I have had unbelievable great service! They have fixed holes in my tires for FREE even before I bought my tires there! Their customer service and value of tires is well worth my loyalty. They are efficient as my wait has never been long. I tell everyone about them!
Such a trashy company. I have excellent credit, over 790, and they still charge me 29.99% . I give synchrony finacial thousands of dollars per month for my business accounts, and they never cut me a break. I will never use them again. Horrible customer service; its all outsourced to Indians who don't speak English and they apparently care more about money than they do about their customers. Trash. Discount tire...so glad they are in Macedonia OH. They were our family car, truck, and restored 50's Chevy tire place for my 20 yrs in AZ. Now, I've found the same great service, knowledgeable staff, and spotless shop just a few miles away. Yeah, Alexis, and technicians @Discount Tire.
