I was searching for a specific tire for my car and I went online to do so. To makes long story short, Discount Tire beat the online price and gave me a good deal and I now have my tires. I'm so happy. I've shopped with them on many occasions and will continue. Alexis and Joey are the best. Joey or John. They are the greatest
These guys are fabulous! I got my tires at Walmart a year ago... they've given me nothing but trouble. I came in this morning due to a flat. They had my car an hour, fixed the flat (nail, not a valve stem like my other trouble), and didn't charge me. I was like....what??? They were like, "just think of us when you're ready for tires again and tell your friends." O..man... im telling everyone! Great customer service, fast, friendly! We did get tires here last year for my hubby's truck and they were awesome on prices too!
Overall B+, bought tires and rims at there store in Buford,Ga. One of the rims went bad, 1 year warranty in the rims,and Joe the store manager in Macedonia,Ohio honored the warranty. He wasn't happy about it though, but he covered it!.
Thanks to joe and all the guys there. The best service I have had from a business in a long time. These guys are polite and very respectful. Would rate more than 5 stars. They will be getting all of my business in the future. Best prices around also.
