Had a slow leak in our tire. We had taken it to Conrad's 3 times to have it fixed. They stated they could not find the leak, so we took it to Discount Tire and in 45 min they found the leak. patched it and when we came to pick the car up, they told us no charge.. greatest experience we have ever had anywhere. They really took care of us and showed awesome Customer Service

I would not recommend! We had used them in the past for over 8 different vehicles and they were great before-- now AVOID AT ALL COSTS!.They waste your time and money and I would never trust again- Uneducated and NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!! save time and take your vehicle elsewhere!!! Management is horrible now --- we will be looking a new place to take all our vehicles.
Hi. Quick story ...I had a hook type screw( looks like this ?) in my rear tire Took it to Firestone because it was down my street. They said it was not repairable and I needed to change all 4 tires for $1000 bc it was as a Subaru.. I said. Umm I’ll just take the car as is. Drove to Discount Tire in Macedonia Oh on Aurora Rd. Gene came out looked at the tire went back in got some pliers and pulled it out Tested for leaks. No leaks and no charge. I was good to go Firestone tried to rip me off with lol never go there. I have bought tires from many different places over the years from major suppliers, but I would have to say Discount Tire of Macedonia is perhaps one of the best tire purchase/installation experiences I have ever had. They had the tires I selected in stock and the best thing is they had them installed in less than 40 minutes, even with a whole store full of customers.
