Unbelievable customer service. Took the car in after hitting something in the road and they repaired the tire,, switched with the spare and put the spare back into the holder and put a shine on all the tires for no charge. We will be buying our next set from there. Customer service matters and they were great.
Simply better than anyone else! I ran over a screw on my way home from work yesterday & no other tire shop would be bothered to help me. I managed to drive my car 7 more miles to their store & about 40 mins before closing time they happily took me in. I also will always buy my tires here as they meet and beat competitors pricing and their customer service truly shows. Thank you everyone who helped me, especially yesterday you guys are awesome!!!
Discount Tire has the best customer service period :-) Everyone is so kind and talk about a professional job. They do things no other tire company does. The little things like tightening your lug-nuts to spec. I appreciate the details and Discount Tire nails it! I am a life time customer.

I am currently sitting in the parking lot at Discount Tire waiting for AAA to come and change to my spare. I arrived at 12:55 pm. I am very sick, it's obvious with my hoarse voice and my cough. I have my 2 yr old with me. I asked if they could patch my flat or change to the spare. I was told they weren't doing anything else for the day and they could put air in it for me.....thanks guys! I had a wonderful experience at this store. Took less than half an hour to get 4 new shoes on my car and it drives so smoothly now! Great job by Curtis and his whole crew!
