IHAB should be fired. He has the worst customer service skills. I'm a 5 time repeat customer and never again with this guy. He has an attitude problem and treats his customers like crap. Then he treated the next customer in the same fashion. Both of us looked at each other shaking our heads. Too bad because this location was great. This one bad apple, IHAB will ruin the reputation for this location. He needs to go!
Best Tire Dealer in the Area – Manager Danny Bojaj at the Rochester Discount Tire store provided excellent service in October 2010 by ordering a set of Yokohama AVID Envigor tires from the warehouse for my car on a Monday and installing them Thursday promptly at my appointment time. Superb service!!! – First, I enjoyed being able to order my new tires and schedule the appointment online. My 8am appointment was on time and by 8:45am I was already driving down the road with 4 new tires. The employees were very nice and polite. And my husband, who is a retired Ford mechanic, was pleased to see that they put the tires on the proper way, without trying to rush and take the shortcuts he had watched so many of his coworkers take and later regret.
