Apparently this location has too many customers. And customer service and / or good management is lacking! Waited over 2 hours for a 15 minute fix from tires I bought several days before... Never again at this store!
Always great service at Discount Tire. Even when I arrived at 7:45 and 6 people in front of me, I was in and out in 40 minutes!!!
They did everything they could to help, and I’m so grateful! Ryan and Jerry are amazing, as well as the rest of their crew.. definitely recommend this establishment!
While I was already on the verge of losing my mind due to the morning I have had My son who is one and a half also decided that right in the middle of getting our tire changed this would also be the time he would lose it and cry in the middle of this fine quiet establishment ! � Not only did these guys go as fast as I’m sure they humanly could but they were more relaxed and sweet than you can imagine while my son was screaming for no apparent reason ! unfortunately I was here for a tire change, gentlemen sorry for having only one car, wait 5 hours for you to change my tire, they took my keys I had my baby and my wife with me and they told me 2 hours. oohh yes, I will remember to buy another car so that when I have an emergency with a tire. Remember the service you give me. first and last time with you
I usually really like Discount Tire, but didn't have a good experience yesterday. I went in with a flat tire, and they couldn't fix it because the hole was on the shoulder of the tire. Someone in the waiting area overheard what they said, and told me to take it to Don's Tire in Utica at Auburn and Ryan. I took it there and they fixed it.
Great service but long wait times. 2.5 hours for tire repair and rotation. People waiting 45 minute to have put in tires.
Discount Tire really needs to have a line for people with appointments and pickups. Waiting in line for people who are selecting and buying new tires is so frustrating and inefficient.
