On one of the busiest snow days of the season, I was 2nd in line, on a Saturday morning..Jerry was pleasant, very customer service orientated, they fixed the problem, no hesitation. The gentleman who fixed my tire, came and got me, explained the problem and walked me to my vehicle. Just a awesome experience...will definitely return. Thanks Guys!! 5Star.
Hire some more staff, 2 empty bays the entire 2 hour+ I've been sitting here I'm sorry is not enough, they do have 1 good employee that I've watched. Rich is the only guy working around here. Hire some better employees.
Excellent customer service!! Was in and out in less than half an hour. Typically at other locations I would of waited over an hour.

This location has the greatest customer service! Each time myself or one of my family members visits Discount Tire, it never fails that we have an awesome experience. Speaking from a woman's perspective, it’s usually not easy going to any type of Automotive place to get good customer service. My loyalty to Discount tire is entirely based off one of their employees. I have followed Brad Moggio to all the locations he has worked at, and as long as he is a Discount employee I will continue to spend my money there. Brad goes above and beyond, treats my vehicle like his own, is always knowledgable and even points out things I may want to get looked at down the road (services Discount doesn't offer). Just left a business meeting and my tire pressure was down to 6psi. I just recently heard that Discount Tire fixes leaks for free so they were my first thought. I stopped in the nearest store, on Rochester, without calling and they got my tire fixed in 30 minutes. Friendly service, no catches, just an awesome experience. Thank you Discount Tire for providing such outstanding service.
I came in thinking I was going to have to get a new tire. Turns out I had a nail in my tire. They were by no means slow today but these guys removed the nail and fixed my tire and sent me on my way free of charge! I know where I'll be going when I am ready for a new set of tires! Thank you!!
