They are great. Make an appointment online and you get right in. Also, they deal with grumpy customers with grace. This guy (who is getting a free tire under his warranty) just made a scene and interrupted everyone in line and the guy working handled it so well. �����
Best customer service hands down and their prices are reasonable I was shocked. Someone once told me they were high but I come to find out they cheaper than Belle Tires.

I would give five stars BUT I purchased tires from Discount Tire and they told me I had a rebate. The rebate expired the next day and I am sure he knew that but he sold me the tires making me think that I was going to be getting a rebate. I do not like when I am cheated so I am not sure if I would recommend this store to anyone. For me integrity is EVERYTHING... #discounttire
