Customer service and their skill .
I have always had a great experience at your Discount Tire. Until today. I was the third car in line for the free tire inspection. When a employee came out and said the Southfield police was closing they down because the line on Southfield rd. We were already on the property. Why couldn’t we be served and cut off all the cars in the street. I had already spent an half an hour in line. Very disappointed ☹️.

VERY different experience then in the past!! I am absolutely pleased with whatever changes Discount Tires put in place. The Service Manager Moe (Maurice) was very professional, efficient, and courteous. Thank you for a job well done and putting customers first!
