Came here to get 3 new tires for my 2012 fusion, ended up with the 3 tires and now no hub caps. Given some BS excuse on why my OE lug nuts are now not usable (Discount Tire Stripped them while taking them off). Forced me to drive off without hub caps and purchase new lug nuts from them, as well as from the ford dealer to get my hub caps back on. Terrible experience.
This is a busy shop so if you can go online and make an appointment. These guys have always treated us well. Highly recommend this discount but be prepared to wait if you don't set up an appointment.
JT was very helpful and I got in and out so quickly. I went in first thing 8am Friday morning and no troubles. When the door to the room with the cars opened I’m pretty sure I could hear someone belting “Your Love” by The Outfield, which made my morning. �
