Had a long wait so I made an appointment and came back later. The guys were very busy so I understand the delay. Professional and courteous guys.
After a blowout and spare with a hole in it, my nerves were SHOT! The guys at the 191 location welcomed me with a smile, assessed my needs and got me in and out in an hour and a half! That's 4 new tires, mounted, PLUS a new spare mounted and put back under the truck. Great attitudes, professional service and all around positive experience. THAT'S why I come back time and again for nearly 20 years. 😃

Technicians were friendly, helpful, and very fast. They were the cheapest yet best brand of tires around for my Chrysler 300. I have and will always be a Discount Tire customer and would recommend them to anyone.
Extraordinary customer service. I'm done with Sam's Club for tires. Great prices, too plus no charge on tire repair. Can't beat it!
