The young man I beleive name was Christian helped me gave me an estimation about how long it would be and I ended up being taken care of like 30 mins to an hr sooner then expected . Awesome place to get service done for your tires
Pulled in at 7:45 am this morning, one other person in lot, they were meeting in lobby, obviously saw people coming, I set in the chairs provided outside waiting, they had six more customers show up and start a line, employees did not ask who was first second whatever, stood till 8:10 and left, went to 42nd & Grandview, was waited on as soon as I drove up!

The employees steal things out of cars!
Wasted my time waiting for about 3 hours for them to tell me that they can't mount the tire on the wheel because it's not safe my tire was 265/35zr18 on a 18x9.5 wheel these guys just go by what the computer says smh not going to them ever again.
Great people and great service
I took the time to call ahead and basically make an appointment. I spoke with Nick in the call center. I then drove up to the store on 191 in Odessa. TX. After waiting in line I spoke with the next salesman. I then found out the tires I wanted were out of stock even though Nick said they were there. Long story short the cost more than doubled with the tires they did have in stock. You have been warned...DO NOT waste your time going there!!!!
