So here I am at Discount Tires for the 2nd time in a week. Fixing leaks both times, for free, because that's what they do to "earn" your business. Today my tire had two holes that were too close to repair both so I told them to mount the spare until it was time to buy new tires. A few minutes later the manager comes over and tells me they have a used tire they will remount on my spare rim so I'm not without a spare, for free, no charge, for any of this. If you are not doing business with them, I can't imagine why.
Today we came into discount tire because we had a nail stuck in our driver rear tire. We were in and out within 35 minutes. They took care of it free of charge and thanked Daniel for his service in the marine corps. We are so grateful for the love and respect others have show us and other service members.
Thanks for getting the "Cake Magic" van back on the road sat... 2 hours before a delivery and I had a flat. I was in and out in 30 min's flat. Great job! super friendly.
Bought tires for 3 cars over the past couple of years. The service is going down hill. They put the tires on wrong on the Monte after a 30 minute wait with an appointment then they lost two of the lugnut covers. One is yet to be rrplaced. Yesterday I waited 15 minutes after my appointment time to get my car in for rotation. Today I get go put air in 4 tires because they are low, they weren't low when I took it in. Wth.
looking for tires look no further !!!!! great bunch of guys , in and out of store quick, hooked me up with free upgrade , bought tires for two vehicles today and still had money in my pocket discount tires is the place to go
They let me know all of my options, good or bad, I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and I was even offered some discount options and was informed about their next rebates sale.
Have always gotten great service here. Their prices have always beaten quotes from anywhere else we have checked. Won't go anywhere else. Have purchased tires for 4 different vehicles here.
Awesome!! I would never buy tires anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they really do stand by their work!!
