Despite living in Kansas, this is my preferred Discount Tire location. My initial trip was only due to their inventory having tires specific to my car, but every subsequent visit has been due to the quality of the service on said first visit. Despite crowds of people in the waiting room, both the employees servicing vehicles and helping customers retained a professional and enthusiastic manner of conduct. Valvoline had recommended the great crew at Discount Tire, and the crew did not disappoint at all. Had a leak in my tire; the staff was friendly, and i was in and out of there in an hour (busy Saturday morning. ) Great job. 6/12/18: More great service with my tire balance and rotation. Jay and his quality team were professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Kuddos to the staff.
Great service and great people. I have bought 14 tires from them between 3 vehicles. Also a set of wheels for my truck. Also got a car care one card through them so If I don't have the money at the time for my purchase I can charge and do payments. Recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them for all my tire needs.
Just had new tires put on 3 hours ago. Drivers side front tire put on incorrectly!!! The words "INSIDE" should not be facing Outside!! Really!!!! Not happy wasting time!!!
