RecommendedGreat service and great staff
I drove in here on a very low tire that I seemed unable to add more air to for some reason. We were rushing to get to a kid’s basketball game, they saw my distress so rushed the car through, discovered a small screw, patched and filled the tire and sent me on my way... without charging! I cannot thank these guys enough for bailing me out on a rainy, rushed Saturday!
I recommend them if you have A LOT of time. Whether you’re buying tires or getting one repaired, plan on being here several hours. If you have half a day to kill, you can save some money here.
I have done business with Discount Tire several times now and I have been completely satisfied. The most recent was Saturday 8/18. The tires I ordered came in on time and Christo called me to let me know and to schedule an appointment. I had an appointment set for 11am on 8/18 and I showed up at 11:02am. We always go to Discount Tires in Belton, so when we needed tires for our trailer to go to a baseball tournament in Florida, this time was no exception. A month later Christo remembered us when we walked in asked about our trip. That’s top notch customer service!!

If I could give it less stars I would. I am from Texas and came to Belton to visit family. I got a nail in my tire. I explained to the guy that I'm from out of town and I was leaving the next day to go back to Texas to pick my husband up and then leave the following day to go to Mississippi. I waited for 2 hours for them to fix my tire. The next day I needed more air. Got on the road to Mississippi and needed more air. Wouldn't buy tires anywhere else! Picked up a screw in the tire over the weekend. Tire fixed and mounted in less than an hour on a Monday morning! No charge because of their awesome guarantee!
