I've been to Sam's Club, Costco and Fleet Farm for tires over the years but never gotten the exceptional service and efficiency I've received at Discount Tire.
I ordered cooper tires for my jeep. Ordered them on a Saturday & having a huge delay. That the tires don't come til Monday. Needless to say I couldn't get the rebate through Cooper. But Josh at Discount did a wonderful job trying to get the rebate before expiration date. Since didn't get the rebate, Discount took the amount of the rebate off my bill. Tire companies may disappoint but Discount never will. I won't go anywhere else.
These guys were very quick and efficient. I went in for a leak in my tire and they fixed the problem, explained what to expect and when I will want to replace my rims and tires. Very thorough and great customer service!
Your policy of refusing to work on any tire over 10 years old may be something you want to tell customers about before they drive 27 miles to get to your nearest shop! I can assure you it did not result in selling me a new tire however it did permanently cost you a customer! Don't assume your customers need you!!! I just finished doing the tire work myself in my garage, I went to your store because I was trying to be efficient in my time management not because I am incapable!
Took a while to get into the bay, but once my Audi was in place, the guys got it done--quick! The guys take pretty good care of me!
