RecommendedI went into Discount Tire today and was met by Josh Stubbe who was so pleasant and kind. That quality at any retailer these days is so hard to find! He walked through the process of installing my tires and all their company had to offer. If I could find someone like Josh working everywhere we went, we would be happy every single day! I went in to purchase 2 winter tires. The person behind the counter refused to install the tires for me. Told me I had to purchase 4 in order to have them installed or 2 all season. Claimed it was a liability issue. I think because Iam female he was trying to take advantage of me, trying to make me buy something I didn’t need.Thought it was very unprofessional. He sold me the tires and I have to have someone do it for me.. also the line is very slow and long.
Awesome customer service and great experience! Needed new tires for my 2011 Pilot and was in and out in 30 minutes. Good way to start my day!
Ordered new wheels 3 weeks ago. Called last week after no updates and was told the order wasn't in. Stopped in today and amazingly my order was in and I had never been contacted. The guy I worked with was very apologetic, but for spending almost $500 on new wheels I would thought someone would have followed up with me instead of me having to track my own order down.
