These guys are awesome. Had a flat that was patched but botched by Harbor. So far gone couldn't be fixed. Spare won't come off because Harbor messed that up too. The shop manager put a used tire from the shop on it free of charge until I can get Harbor to fix the problems. 5 degrees out and these guys are working their buts off. Most impressed I've been with a business in a long time.
These guys are great. Came in at closing with a nail in my tire. They took it in for repair right away. Discount Tire is great.
Stopped by to check my tire pressure, the young man outside helped me right away and filled my tires correctly. They are always so friendly and helpful. Always my go-to for my tire needs on any vehicle I've had.
This was my first time I was at discount tire and I can't even begin to explain how frustrating it was...I sat for 3 hours patiently to then be told they can't put the fixed tire on.. I wasted 3hrs of my day for nothing.. Still on my spare....very disappointing
Tired ... haha, get it? ..... tired of dealing with these guys. If I could post a pic of my Tpms light, I would. Every tire rotation I have the same issue, even though I coached them repeatedly about their error during install, they keep repeating it. Even assured me at check out that they had completed it correctly. Pretty much just lost any chance of selling me the new set I need in the spring. They had better hope the tpms failed this time and not them.
Just return from the local Discount Tire as the rear tire was losing air & TPMS lit up every 3 days. We have 2 other vehicles that the tires were purchased thru DT, however this is a newer car with the original tires. I was expecting a $20 repair... but it was free of charge. Wow and thanks!! When the Mazda is ready for a new set of tires - we will definitely come back the Portage Discount Tire! Customer for life.
THEY CHECKED MY TIRES AND TOOK ONE OFF AND CHECKED FOR A SLOW LEAK THEY DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG, SO THEY CLEANED IT UP AND PUT SEALER ON IT AND PUT IT BACK ON , AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING .THAT WAS SO NICE OF THEM. I WILL DEFINITELY GO THERE IF I NEED TIRES ,AND YOU ALL SHOULD TOO.
Great customer service. I started order and set an appointment online to get new tires. Pulled up hey met me at my car and pulled it in right away. Inside I upgraded to a better tire for the same price because that's what he recommended. I easy in and out in 20 minutes, all 4 tires replaced and balanced. Highly recommend.
My husband suprised me with an appointment for four new tires and pre-paid for them. All I had to do was show up. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, the gentleman working were all so kind. Even though they went over all the details with my husband a few days prior when he got his tires done, the employee took the time to go over everything with me, explained the rebate deatails and all the work they did to me. We will never go anywhere else! A+ guys!!!
